Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any mobile applications or web-based platforms provided by 9VIL LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use & End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our applications or services.
9VIL LLC is a Wyoming Limited Liability Company. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 9VIL LLC.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our applications. If you are under 18, you may use the applications only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree NOT to:
- •Modify, adapt, or hack the applications
- •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- •Rent, lease, loan, sell, or redistribute the applications
- •Use the applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- •Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
User Accounts
Some of our applications may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using our applications, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described there.

In-App Purchases
Our applications may offer in-app purchases for additional features, content, or subscriptions. Purchases made through our mobile apps are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
- •Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we do not process or store payment card details
- •All purchases are final unless otherwise stated by the store
- •Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store or Google Play Store
- •Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
- •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in the store settings
- •Prices and taxes may change as permitted by the stores
Advertising
Our applications may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or the products and services advertised. Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.
User Content & Feedback
Some applications may allow you to submit content, comments, or feedback. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display it solely for operating, improving, and promoting our applications.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of 9VIL LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our applications without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 9VIL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APPLICATIONS.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Changes to Services and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our applications at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the applications after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and that you may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed.
Third-Party Services
Our applications are distributed through:
- •Apple App Store - Subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
- •Google Play Store - Subject to Google Play Terms of Service
Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the platform terms, the platform terms shall prevail.
Our applications may also use third-party services or SDKs. We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 9VIL LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the applications or violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wyoming, United States, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
